Shipping policy

Shipping and payment

Shipping within Ukraine

We ship with Nova Poshta. Items in stock are shipped within 1 business day. Made-to-order items take 3–7 days to sew. We send you the tracking number as soon as the parcel is shipped.

Shipping within Ukraine is free for orders from 9,999 UAH. For other orders, Nova Poshta calculates the cost at its own rates.

Payment

You can pay in full by card or make a prepayment of 200–300 UAH and pay the rest on delivery at the Nova Poshta branch.

International shipping

We ship to other countries. The cost and delivery time depend on the carrier's rates and timelines, and our manager will calculate them before you pay.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but we will help resolve them.
