Refund policy

Returns and exchanges

You can return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving it, and we refund the full price.

We accept items that have not been worn and still have their original look, tags and packaging.

Items made to order cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes items adjusted to your height or measurements.

For items in good condition, the customer pays for return shipping. If an item is defective or we sent the wrong one, we pay for shipping.

How to return

Send us your order number, what you are returning and a photo. We will send you the address for shipping via Nova Poshta. We refund the money to your card within 7 days of receiving the item.

90-day warranty

For 90 days we repair or replace items with manufacturing defects free of charge. After that, we repair at a minimal price.
